** PARTICIPANTS MUST BECOME FAMILIAR WITH & OBEY ALL POSTED RULES **
** PARENTS/LEGAL GUARDIANS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING ALL RULES WITH THEIR MINOR(S) **
- No spark arrestors or OHV stickers required
- No Riding in Fields or Pastures - Ride on TRAILS ONLY!
- All Pets must be kept on a leash
- No Loud Music after 10:00 P.M.
- Firearms, Air Guns, Paint Ball Guns, or Weapons of any kind are NOT permitted on the premises
- Must observe 5 mph in camping areas
- No riding on Tank Dams or Erosion Control Levees
- No Jeeps or Dune Buggies Allowed
- No Vehicles Allowed Beyond Camp Area
- No Glass Containers
- No Littering in Park or on Trails
- Everyone must bag their own trash and place it in the designated area at main park entrance gate
- Must EXIT PARK BY CLOSING TIMES:
- April – September (Spring/Summer Season) - 8 P.M.
- October - March (Fall/Winter Season) - 6 P.M.
- No Riding Before 8 A.M. and After Closing Time
- Under absolutely no circumstances is night riding allowed or tolerated!
- If not Paid & Signed in at Park Office - YOU ARE TRESPASSING!
- A Park Admission Fee Will Be Charged Per Person/NOT Per Rider/Per Day Regardless If Customers Are Members, Guests, Or Visitors. Children Under 10 Are Free.
- Open Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, & New Year’s Day. Closed Christmas & Thanksgiving Day – Riding By Member Appointment Only.
- Participants are required to wear appropriate protective & safety devices
- Helmets must be worn by all persons actively engaging in premises’ activities
- Engage in activities in a safe manner at all times & avoid collisions with others
- Fighting or similar activities will NOT be tolerated
- Contests of any sort are NOT allowed on the premises unless organized & administered by park staff
- No Illegal Drugs are allowed on the premises
- Alcohol may NOT be consumed prior to or during participation in any premises’ activity
- Intoxicated persons/behavior will NOT be tolerated
- The use of profanity or vulgar language will NOT be tolerated
- Obey the park staff at all times
- RRMT, Inc. is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items
- Anyone caught destroying RRMT, Inc. Property Will be Prosecuted
- No Riding on Sandbars and/or in or across the Red River! Otherwise, YOU ARE TRESPASSING!
- Signed Helmet and Release/Waiver of Liability Forms are required. Anyone under the age of 18 (minors) must have a parent/legal guardian sign the Helmet and Release/Waiver of Liability Forms on their behalf to enter the park.
- Those camping overnight, must sign in and pay prior to riding or by NO LATER THAN 10 A.M. the following day or be off the property. Those Members, guests, and/or visitors caught violating this rule and riding prior to signing in and/or paying for the next day of riding will be subject to RRMT, Inc. sanctions & punishments.
- By choosing to enter the RRMT, Inc. premises, riders & all individuals hereby give their implicit permission to be photographed by RRMT, Inc. for any purposes.

For visitors, RRMT, Inc. reserves the right to BARR you from the park for any behavior deemed inappropriate by RRMT, Inc. Staff. There will be NO refund of any type of fees for visitors in these circumstances.
- VIOLATIONS OF ANY OF THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN EJECTION FROM THE PARK.
** Additional Rules for RRMT, Inc. Members **
- Regardless of what time members (& their guests) enter the RRMT, Inc. Facility, a waiver of liability as well as a helmet waiver must be signed even if there are no charges to be assessed. If you fail to sign these documents upon arrival, YOU ARE TRESPASSING & SUBJECT TO BEING DISMISSED FROM PARK.
- RRMT, Inc. reserves the right to terminate anyone’s membership (and or guest passes) for behavior that is deemed inappropriate by RRMT, Inc. Park Management & Staff. In these types of circumstances, there will be NO refund of membership dues or any other type of fees. Members will be held responsible for their guests.
- If RRMT, Inc. members are caught assisting visitors (non-members), guests (non-members) other than their own, and/or special event pass holders (non-members) in obtaining member-only benefits (shower/restroom complex, etc.) then ALL individuals involved will be barred from the park.
- When members obtain an appointment to arrive on a weekday or weekend after hours, that appointment is only valid for members that are listed on the account of that primary member’s membership package. Under NO circumstances are members to give that code to other members that are NOT part of their membership package. Members that are caught giving the code to others NOT listed under their primary membership package will be BARRED from the park. Furthermore, all members must accompany their guests (if applicable) to the park on all scheduled weekday park visits; thus members may not make weekday appointments for their guests to come to the park without them.
- As a member of RRMT, Inc., you become an honorary part of our extended family. Therefore, you are expected to not only obey the rules, but also help enforce the rules. If you see someone else doing wrong, you are responsible for reporting that person to RRMT, Inc. Staff.
