RRMT, Inc. Members Required To Show Member ID Cards Upon Check-In At Park Office

In the year of your initial membership, every new member is given a membership id card. (Because new memberships take a while to initially process, every new member will be granted a temporary member id card. These temporary member id cards are valid for three months & should be destroyed when you permanent card is issued.) If you renew your membership each year, you will continue to use the same membership id #. While it is important to keep your membership id card, as of 2011, RRMT, Inc. will be providing free replacement cards for any existing members that continue to renew from previous years. As a result, every member should have a member id card. (If you need a new member id card, it is your responsibility to request one at the park office.) Thus, RRMT, Inc. Staff expect EACH MEMBER to present his/her member id card upon each visit to RRMT, Inc. NO EXCEPTIONS!

If absolutely NO form of member id (temporary or permanent) can be presented, you will be required to pay visitor prices! Furthermore, at any time RRMT, Inc. Owners, Management, or Staff suspect that you are misrepresenting yourself as a member, RRMT, Inc. reserves the right to refuse admission to you.

All memberships are valid from January 1 to December 31 each year.

RRMT, Inc.’s Privacy Policy

Starting January 1, 2008, RRMT, Inc. will collect * personal information on its members. In light of collecting customers’ information, RRMT, Inc. values your privacy, and privacy is an issue that RRMT, Inc. takes very seriously. First and foremost, under no circumstances will the information that is provided to RRMT, Inc. be shared with any other person, organization, etc. other than RRMT, Inc.

Please note that in the case of membership, on the application that is required, individuals must choose whether they will allow RRMT, Inc. to send them correspondence via email. (Please note that this correspondence that members would receive will only be from RRMT, Inc.) It is important that every member complete this information accurately and at any time that they wish to change their decision on whether RRMT, Inc. may correspond with them via email, they must notify the RRMT, Inc. park office. But please note if individuals choose not to receive correspondence from RRMT, Inc. via email (such as special news announcements, events, etc.), RRMT, Inc. reserves the right to send only membership renewal information via this email communication venue.

Notification of Changes

While RRMT, Inc. does not ever anticipate any changes to its privacy policy, if for some reason RRMT, Inc. ever decides to alter its privacy policy, all of those customers that have shared information with RRMT, Inc. will be notified & aware of the circumstances regarding the changes.
