Visitor Camping Policy – Prepayment for Park Visit Required Upon Arrival
While RRMT, Inc. welcomes visitors on weekends (Saturdays, Sundays, as well as designated holidays that we are open)... RRMT, Inc. requires visitors to prepay for their entire park visit upon arrival. RRMT, Inc. charges visitors (that will be camping) upfront on Saturday for Saturday park "day" admission, Saturday overnight camping, and Sunday park "day" admission. A refund will be given to visitors for Sunday park "day" admission if they exit park by 10 a.m. and return visitor weekend pass to office upon exiting park. This new policy is only valid for visitors camping overnight. (This new policy will not affect Saturday park "day only" visitors.) Furthermore, members and their guests will still be able to pay daily and not be required to prepay in advance (unless preferred).
Obtain a Visitor Exception Request for Park Access
Visitors are welcome to RRMT, Inc. on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) as well as designated holidays denoted on RRMT, Inc’s event calendar. Visitors may only access the facility during park hours on these days. Visitors are not allowed to arrive before or after park hours. If visitors wish to access the facility on weekdays (Monday-Friday) and/or before or after park hours, a visitor exception must be obtained thru the park office.
If you are a visitor wishing to obtain a visitor exception request, please use the contact us form on our website. In the subject field of the contact us form, select “Visitor Exception Request.” In the form, please be sure to elaborate on your special request (why it should be granted), tell us where you live, your anticipated date of park arrival & departure, as well as provide your telephone number & email address so you can be contacted. We must emphasize that all special requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. RRMT, Inc. does work with out of state/out of country and afar visitors in order to accommodate their destination plans to our facility. If you use the online form on the contact us page to make your special request, please allow 48 hours notice for these special requests to be handled. All requests will be answered in the order they are received. Early planning is encouraged!
