There are several spots on our facility ideal for your intimate ceremony and reception. You envision it and we can create it. Our entire ranch facility can be rented out for weddings and various other special events. Rental prices vary depending on season. Please note that spring and fall are considered peak seasons. Furthermore, because our staff is familiar with the local area, we can make suggestions on local caterers, lodging accommodations for the wedding party and guests, rehearsal dinner locations, photographers, etc. in order to make the planning process as easy as possible. For large groups, RRMT, Inc. Staff is able to plan & book your entire trip for you including booking local accommodations (if necessary), providing rentals ready to ride upon your arrival, a catered meal, etc. An advance deposit will be required for large groups prior to entire trip being planned and booked.

RRMT, Inc. is a 2,700 acre facility with the potential to be the site of your next great event. RRMT, Inc. & Bulcher, Texas was home to Last Man Standing hosted by Red Bull in 2005, 2006, and 2007. As big names such as David Knight and Taddy Blazusiak raced into North Texas for LMS to attempt the grueling terrain in Bulcher, our facility got put on the map for being known for some of the most gnarly and unforgiving terrain in North America. After getting rave reviews after the conclusion of the final LMS event, Bulcher has been compared to both Erzberg and Hell’s Gate, both world renowned off-road races.
